Sourced from an estate in north Georgia, these are very rare to find a pair in this large 12-D size.  Vamp is beautiful - soles are worn but not completely.  These are for sale as is for now.  However, I will eventually have Roberto Vertiz (worked with Charlie Dunn at Capitol Saddlery and Texas Traditions fame) redo the bottom ends so they would be as new again.  This will cost $185 and I will either have this done or you can elect to have it done at your expense.  He has about a 1-week turn around.  Happy to show you pics of his work but he is only one of 2 cobblers I trust to do this work CORRECTLY!.
