THESE ARE THE MEASUREMENTS - DO NOT RELY ON THE SIZE LISTED.  My wife is a size 9-B and she said these felt like at least a 9.5 - if not a 10.  Total external length is 12.25" from heel counter to tip of sole.  The width is 4.125"  I measured the internal length at 11.3" (287mm).
