Don't see too many of these large FULL OSTRICH handmade boots.  These 13-EE have been completely redone on the bottom end by Roberto Vertiz in Austin, Texas.  He worked with Charlie Dunn at Capitol Saddlery and Texas Traditions.  He currently does repairs for Lee Miller who now owns Texas Traditions.
